This is a great workout that you can do at home with a cheap dumbbell set. In this chest workout you are doing pushups and immediately after dumbbell press. This is a good workout.

After this exercise you will feel the pain but after a few weeks or months you will get the chest that you need and want. You can do this exercise at the gym but is better at home because it is more relaxing. Also if you have a dumbbell at home it will be much better so you can do at home every day and your muscles will get bigger every day.

When you are at home and you are alone you will feel more confident and comfortable doing these exercises.
