Beyoncé is possibly the most famous woman in the world. She has achieved so much in her life and I am going to tell you about it. Beyoncé was born September 4, 1981 in Houston, Texas. She is American singer, songwriter, record producer, actress, choreographer, and fashion designer. She started singing at an early age, competing in local talent shows and winning many of these events by impressing audiences with her natural singing and dancing abilities.

She went to singing lessons and was able to hit the high-pitched notes. Later on in her life she was in a band called Destiny’s child as the lead vocalist. They had a number one hit “Bills,Bills,Bills and “Say My Name. Destiny’s child has sold over 60 million to date. They were the ninth most successful artist/band of the 2000s.

Beyonce took center stage as a solo artist, releasing her first album, Dangerously in Love in 2003. The recording became a huge success for her, both commercially and critically. It sold millions of copies and won five Grammy Awards. She worked with various of artists Missy Elliot, Sean Paul and Jay-Z.

In 2006, her second album B’Day debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart during its first week of sales.

Beyoncé has also ventured into acting, with her most popular roles including Austin Powers in Goldmember and Dreamgirls, which earned her two Golden Globe nominations.

Beyoncé has been recognised by forbes as the one of the first “most powerful and influential musicians in the world”

Beyoncé married long time love Jay-Z in 2008 and gave birth to their first child Blue Ivy Carter in January 2012.

I like Beyoncé because she inspires me and I like her songs. She has an amazing talent. Her singing voice is incredible. She shows women they can be independent and creative.
